Memorial Towers

Memorial Towers offers an affordable, income-based rental community for seniors age 62+. We are located in Phoenix, AZ. Our handicap accessible community offers one-bedroom apartment homes.  Our recent renovation was completed in Spring 2026. We are currently accepting waitlist applications for our fully remodeled one-bedroom apartments.
